For one of his client located in Luxembourg, Harvey Nash is currently looking for a
SUPPORT ENGINEER
Location: Capellen
Duration: 2 months
Scope of work:
This employee must be able to perform installation, SUPPORT, configuration, problem determination, tuning, UPGRADES and MIGRATIONS for different versions of WINDOWS SERVERS.
Skills:
- Experience in VMWARE is desirable.
- Knowledge of backup and antivirus solutions is a plus.
- Candidate should have great potential and able to support major activities outside working hours.
- Resistance to stress, initiative taking and teamplayer skills are a must.
- Respect of strict processes is mandatory.
- Good English language (written/spoken) is a requirement. French speaking is a plus.
- This person will be based in IBM offices in Luxembourg.
- No remote support.
