Projektbeschreibung

Work on the team running the overall corporate vision and strategy to bring customers to the cloud for their business and computing needs! This group is very busy, so candidates must be able to work independently with little supervision. Very flexible in terms of working remotely, and adjusting to employee needs, work/life balance, etc.

OVERVIEW

- Acts as primary response for technical support
- Provides entry level support primarily for end users, along with developers and corporate customers via telephone, written correspondence, and electronic media
- Provides support for more complex products under general supervision
- Communicates with customers who possess a wide range of skill levels
- At a peer level, communicates problems to development and other internal organizations

QUALIFICATIONS

- 1 year related work experience required
- Solid understanding of standard computer science concepts required
- Microsoft Office suite skills, Outlook especially
- Experience with billing/invoicing systems or support
- Experience working in a call center/service environment
- Must have sufficient technical depth to communicate with development and other internal organizations at a peer level
- Excellent customer service skills, strong communication, problem solving, and technical writing skills required
- Must have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Working knowledge of personal computer architecture and relevant operating systems, applications, and/or languages preferred
- Good communication, especially via e-mail (professional, grammar, clearly articulated)

This contract position is expected to be 7 months in duration with possibility of extension.
