Leading Investment bank is looking to secure a Support Desk Administrator to facilitate the below requirements starting in July this year. This is great opportunity to start or build on your existing career within the financial industry within one of the leading Investment banking giants.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Execute the manual processes required for on-boarding a large number of users for the clients internal platform. In particular:
Compile lists of users to be on-boarded based on business requirements.
Ensure that all relevant user information is complete.
Utilise internal systems in order to raise user setup requests for multiple applications.
Create customised text files for batch processing of user setup for multiple applications.
Maintain the list of users to be on-boarded along with the status for each user and application.
Coordinate with various application groups to ensure that requests for user setup are completed.
Length of the assignment 5 months 2 weeks
Start time: July 21, 2014
End Time: December

Computer skills:
Intermediate Excel Skills
SOFT SKILLS:
Attention to Detail.
Ability to work independently within a team structure.
Excellent communication skills.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
English will be mandatory, both spoken and written.
WORKING HOURS:
8 am - 5 pm Local Wroclaw time - alternating every 4 weeks to 9 am - 6 pm.
