Projektbeschreibung
As a Prism Support Consultant you will be:
-Reporting to the Support Manager, they are part of a front-line team involved in all aspects of technical and customer support.
-Tasked with identifying and resolving any issues reported from our unique in-house suite of software's customer configuration templates.
They will also be tasked with enhancing these templates according to customer specification.
-Identify and resolve many simple computer hardware related problems.
-Work closely with our customers and our 'Business Support' team; to resolve calls in an efficient and timely manner.
-This is a fast paced role which is often time critical.
Required Skill Set
Educated ideally to degree level (minimum 'A' level)
At least 1 year's commercial experience
Interest and experience in technology and software packages is desirable

* Relay technical information clearly
* Assimilate new information
This position is paying up to 18k and comes with an excellent benefits package that includes Pension and Health care .
