Experience:
• Technical Training in IT area.
• At least 1 year of experience in web basic support, managing web services, application deployment, and managing Windows Server OS and/or UNIX.
• Experience with “BMC ITSM-Suite” as incident and change management tool
Knowledge:
• Windows Server OS and/or UNIX
• VMWare
• Web application servers (Tomcat/Apache/IIS/ Weblogic)
• Citrix Presentation Server
• SQL knowledge (queries)
• German and English
