Support Assistant with profound administrative skills wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Commercial training (Swiss Association of Commercial Employees, business school) or similar
- Excellent administrative skills and experience in collaboration with HR, ie supporting recruitment process
- Timely delivering the tasks with high attention to detail and quality
- Respectful interaction and confidentiality at all times
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken,
YOUR TASKS:
- Supporting the team with the implementation, tracking and management reporting of all strategic initiatives related to the Management of the department, the organizational development and the future direction of QMS
- Providing administrative support for the team including: administrative support on and off boarding, compiling data using excel and arranging travel and visa
- Assisting, collating and producing accurate and timely management reports, as well as training and meeting activities
- Supporting the creation and maintenance of the webpages with up-to-date information and regularly checking the site for accuracy
- Collaborating with the financial administration team incl. the processing of invoices
