Projektbeschreibung
Our client, a European Consultancy for the transport industry, is seeking a SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN to join their Automation Team in Canton Bern for an initial 6 month project.
Reporting to the Project Leader, the SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN will be responsible for:
- Telephone support for the in-field automatic service staff and data management.
- Preventative maintenance of hardware in the field and analysis of errors
- Support by tester
- Maintenance and development of existing scripts
The ideal SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN will have the following skills and experience:
- Very good German and French verbal skills
- Good Linux and Windows OS knowledge
- Java knowledge for direct in-code troubleshooting and debugging
- Bash and Ruby Scripts
- Basic knowledge in Networks
