Support Analyst WebSphere Linux Java LDAP SQL - eClient Secur

ROLE

Job description:

You will act as support analyst in a dedicated project team: the eClient Security team. The specific goal of the project is realizing, the technical implementation of a single sign -on functionality for Client International and Client Netherlands applications.

You will provide 2nd line application support for the E-commerce IT CRM, Websites, ORS Control SA and Treasury systems. You will act on requests from the 1st and 2nd line support - functional team, and follow the correct chaise ( incident ) procedures within the departments of IS(MUST )
- Experience with/knowledge of LDAP, SQL, and Java
-Knowledge of Oracle on conceptual level
-Knowledge of ITIL/ASL
- Knowledge and experience with Agile/Scrum way of working
- Knowledge of and experience with systems and security aspects in a complex (financial ) environment
- Knowledge of Internet techniques, processes and workflows (preferred).

Education

HBO/WO (NL) preferably in Programming, Information Technology or Business Engineering .
