SUPPORT ANALYST (SERVICENOW)
ENDEAVOUR RECRUITMENT has a fantastic opportunity for experienced Support Analysts who have ServiceNow cloud based product experience to work with our Digital Client on a 6-12 month contract basis.
Our client is based in Antwerp, however, there is an opportunity to work remotely.
The ServiceNow product is a cloud based enterprise system that rapidly creates new services, delivers the services at record pace and manages the services.
Our client is looking for Support Engineers with experience using ServiceNow products to support their client's and assist with the rollout of their new project using ServiceNow systems.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE OF THE SUPPORT ANALYST:
- 2nd/3rd line Support
- ServiceNow
OTHER DESIRABLE SKILLS INCLUDE:
- Cloud
- Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript
- Excellent telephone communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and explain issues in a calm, reassuring manner
- Ability to build good working relationships with software vendors and partners.
Roles will vary, with different candidates working on different projects according to their experience.
