Support Analyst - Secure Card

For our client, global banking company, located in Zurich is looking for a SUPPORT ANALYST - SECURE CARD ISSUING FOR A 12-MONTHS CONTRACT.

We are looking for someone like that to:

- Issuing, packing and sending out Secure Pass and Smartcards (Access cards to the buildings and workstations)
- plan, execute and track all the new requests with the Issuing Tools
- partner with our experts across the organization
- think strategically, that holds up over the long term

Your team

You'll be working within the Local Support Desk team and together with the L2 team which is responsible for the pre-personalisation of all Secure Pass and Smartcards.

The team is covering Desktop Support in a 12x5 model. Our responsibilities cover all of the personalisation of Secure Pass and Smartcards for all Swiss employees.

You have:

- worked in a similar position before
- familiarity with following support services: HW desktop/notebook, Windows environment, Microsoft Office & bank core applications
- passion to drive things forward

You are:

- a strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- capable of understanding client needs
- a confident communicator who can explain technology to technical and non-technical audiences
- fluent in German and English
