For a project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced SUPPORT ANALYST - MUREX 3.1/UNIX (4476).

The ideal candidate in this Support Ananlyst role will develop into a first point of contact to all things related to Murex.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE OF MUREX 3.1 AND IN UNIX
- ABLE TO HELP WITH MUREX UPGRADE/NEW MUREX ROLLOUTS
- A proven level of comfort and confidence facing off and interacting with IT and Business management
- A high degree of interest in, or ideally direct experience with Fixed Income Rates and Credit
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
- Self managing & self-driven and able to follow tasks through to completion
- A good collaborator working closely with colleagues in various locations for the common good of delivering a stable Murex environment to the user community
- Understanding of capacity management

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide 2nd level support for FX Risk portfolio
- Facilitate Murex rollout to FX
- Ability to support multi-tiered environment
- Application process management
- Infrastructure with continual process improvement management
- Production incidents management and mitigation
- Performance and capacity management
- Application deployments and configuration in all supported environments
