IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Delivering initiative and process improvement projects on time and in-scope
-Review the current procedures and tools, propose and implement solutions to reduce manual/redundant work
-Work on the improvement and standardization of reference documentation for the support teams
-Interface with internal and external business and technical partners
-Solve problems and conduct root cause analyses and establish processes that will help incident prevention
-Provide hands-on support for products and applications at agreed service levels
-Participate in the Incident and Problem Management processes as a resolver accountable for root cause analysis, resolution and reporting
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Experience with one or multiple monitoring and analytical tools: Splunk; Dynatrace; AppDynamics
-Scripting experience with both Unix (bash/ksh) and Windows (powershell)
-Python or Perl experience
-SQL skills
-Proven ability to document work through wiki
-Able to identify gaps and reengineer
-Proactive attitude towards problem resolution
-Strong technical skills and excellent problem solving skills
-Ability to deliver solutions that require multiple stakeholders
