SUPPORT ANALYST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Kirkland, WA.

Top Skills You Should Possess:
- Desktop Support
- Network Support
- Help Desk Support

What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues
- Install, configure and customize technology to fit the team's needs
- Responsible for simple to moderately complex repairs on authorized hardware
- Provide level one diagnostics of network issues, record incidents, and/or escalate issues as they occur
- Perform general technical support and troubleshooting of desktop systems hardware and software

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Experience in most of the following areas: Group Policy Management, Active Directory Management, Hyper-V, IIS, SharePoint, Database/Tape Backups, SQL Administration, Failover clustering, 3 PAR SANs, DFS/DFSR, NTFS/share permissions
