Support Analyst in Windows System Administration

Our client is a very fast-paced game development studio seeking an energetic and flexible SUPPORT ANALYST for an excellent contract opportunity. This candidate will work as part of the IT team in dealing with break-fix issues across the lab space.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Responding to incoming support requests
- Prioritizing break-fix issues as they come into the system
- Working with the other SA1s on the team to fix issues

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 2-4 years of work related experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Generalist skills in Windows System Administration ie Hyper-V, AD, IIS etc.
- Working knowledge of System Center product line (SCOM, SCCM, SCSM)
- Strong understanding of software products
- Ability to communicate effectively and participate as a leader in a team environment
- Strong problem resolution and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask
- Good decision making and customer service skills
- Sound understanding of networking preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field) or MCSE preferred

This contract position is expected to be 12 months in duration.
