We are looking for Support Analyst for an urgent opening with one of our esteemed clients.

JOB TYPE : CONTRACT
Role Description
CIAC CONSULTANT - TECHNICAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a CIAC Consultant, individuals should be capable of handling the delivery of Cloud solutions using Cisco's CIAC stack from inception to delivery and beyond. A complete cloud solution would enable a client to maximize their return on investment in Data Center/Virtualization, collaboration, security and networking technology, utilizing the features of CIAC. As such a CIAC consultant should be able to achieve this goal by addressing the complete technology life cycle - including pre-sales, planning, designing, integration, operation, optimization client's IT infrastructure and post-sales support. The candidate would require both technical and customer facing/relationship building skills in working with customers, vendors and partners to ensure that optimum systems solutions are provided.
Typical Work Activities:
A CIAC consultant would be required to provide customers with technical leadership and consultation in the design, building and integration of Cloud Automation Solutions in the implementation and integration of the CIAC suite of products within the customer's IT framework. Responsibilities could include, but are not limited to: developing technical requirements, designing and prototyping customizations, installing software, testing, training, defining support procedures and supporting deployment. The ideal candidate should have good technical and software consulting experience in customer facing development roles.
Education and Experience:
Experience with and understanding of the basic building blocks of cloud and expertise in technical specifications required to implement cloud software solutions and services:
o Self-service Portal and Service Catalog
o Orchestration and Automation
o Resource and Service Level Management
Experience with Cisco Intelligent Automation for Cloud (CIAC) software suite:
o While experience in both CCP and CPO components of the suit is the best fit, expertise in at least one of the two is absolutely essential
o Experience in other Self-service portal and orchestration and automation products can also be considered.
The ability to work with following technologies that are required in any typical CIAC implementation:
o Working knowledge of JavaScripting
o Working knowledge of XML, XSLT, CSS, HTML
o Good understanding of SQL.
o Experience in and understanding of Web Services and other web based software development concepts is beneficial.
o LDAP integration knowledge is beneficial
o Knowledge in Java development for development of JSR Portlets and EXT JS for Javascript Portlets is beneficial
o Experience in deployment in application Servers such as JBoss, WebSphere and Weblogic and Webservers such as Apache and IIS is an added benefit.
Depending on the client's preference the CIAC solution would need to be integrated with Cloud and Vitualization products from vendors such as Cisco, VMware, EMC, HP, IBM, Microsoft and NetApp. Experience and knowledge in one or more of these technologies is beneficial.
Experience with other cloud software stacks is also beneficial: BMC, CA, VMware, Nimsoft, DynamicOps, etc.
