SUPPORT ANALYST/1ST OR 2ND LINE SUPPORT/QUALITY AND SLA ENGINEER - ISO 27001

I am currently looking for any available Support Analyst/1st or 2nd Line Support/Quality and SLA Engineer who are willing to work out of Brussels on a 12-month contract for a leading telecommunications provider.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Knowledge of Atlassian tools JIRA or CONFLUENCE
- Knowledge of LDAP and LibreNMS
- Knowledge of ISO 27001

The suitable candidate will be responsible for following up on existing JIRA tickets, help fine-tune ISO certification in relation to SLA and process.
