Support Analyst

As Support Analyst/Operations Engineer within the Finance Data Delivery team, you will work with systems which are part of the Global Financial Systems of a complex international banking environment with a General Ledger and Datawarehouse.

You are an active member of the DevOps team working closely with other disciplines/roles. Your primary role is to give production support but you are also a T-shaped professional and able to combine one or more technical specialties and able to take over basic activities of other specialists in a team (analysis, development and testing). You have broad knowledge of software development and knowledge about the business domain for which you work for. You dare to challenge and are open in your communication towards your own team and other stakeholders. Being flexible and taking ownership is the mindset that is necessary for this function. Work includes standby shifts on weekdays and over the weekend. You are eager to improve and think with the DevOps teams how to automate and streamline our processes.

YOUR PROFILE

- Completed a bachelor degree in Information Technology or similar;
- Fluent English;
- Technical skills:
- Unix
- SQL
- Informatica and/or PeopleSoft
