Support Analyst

Support Analyst wanted for our Zurich based client the IT Software sector. Your experience / skills: Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field Excellent analytical skills along with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross functional teams SQL knowledge is a must Experience working as an engineer or with engineering teams or experience as a quality operations analyst would be a plus Languages: fluent English both written and spoken Your tasks: Evaluating the quality of the product by creating and maintaining datasets Collaborating with engineering teams to improve quality and to develop and define new or improved tools.
