This is a challenging TEMPORARY position for 5 MONTHS starting in February for one of the biggest company specialized in medical devices based in Bern.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
Your principal mission as an IT support analyst will be to support the PC Park of the company. You will be the first interlocutor for incident and troubleshooting. Moreover the IT support analyst will install and configure the network environments and maintain the customer service such as the service and availability. Additionally you will install the software, desktop and Laptop etc. You bring to this role:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as IT/SS Support Analyst Level 1
- Good experience in the customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical mind
- Excellent team player
- Good communication in English
