Our client, a major international bank, is currently looking for a SUPPORT ANALYST, APPLICATION SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT (SME)
ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:
- Proven track record in bringing efficiency in day-to-day operations
- Multi-tasking skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent ability to work collaboratively across cultures in a global environment
- Practical experience with ITIL and excellent data and trend analysis skills
- Ability to manage and liaise with the internal IT problem management partners
