Support Analyst

SUPPORT ANALYST HILLSBORO, OR 9 MONTH CONTRACT

THE SUPPORT ANALYST WILL:

- Develop in-depth business process knowledge of internal processes
- Gather and clarify business needs from stakeholders and write requirement documents
- Clarify the business value and priority of stated needs
- Design/develop business indicators and report generation
- Provide day-to-day operational and clerical support

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Basic Office software tool experience including Outlook, Excel Pivot Tables, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Leadership and assertiveness skills
- Ability to work on a team across functional, cultural, and geographical boundaries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of commitment to meeting deadlines
- Experience working with external customers, Agile projects and/or Lean Six Sigma a plus
