Support Analyst

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a SUPPORT ANALYST to join our client in Kirkland, WA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Deploying new solutions in addition to assisting the tier II team with break/fix support.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Two (2) years of experience writing PowerShell/SQL Scripting.
- An ideal candidate will have a wide range of IT knowledge and experience.
- Ability to learn very quickly in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Broad generalist understanding spanning multiple IT disciplines including networking, Windows server, and Active Directory
- Experience configuring and managing IIS/SQL Server, and AD in an Enterprise environment.
- DFS/DFS-R, WDS, DAS, SAN, SCOM, SCCM

PREFERRED JOB SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:

- Experience with any of the following is a bonus.
