Support Analyst

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a SUPPORT ANALYST to join our client in Quantico, Virginia.

SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE WITH THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN A TOP SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED AS A CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide remote support of systems one or more user systems (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and handhelds).
- Provide basic support of systems including, break-fix, installation, move, add, change (MAC), and preventative maintenance activities.
- Identify known issues and apply appropriate resolutions or escalate to a higher tier group for resolution.
- Follow government procedural guidelines, and respond to and resolve inquiries and concerns.
- Assist technical leads to research problems.
- Escalate unresolved problems to expedite resolution.
- Activate and unlock user accounts.
- Handle incoming customer calls.
- Gather information about the customer's problem.
- Create a ticket for all customer inquiries.
- Perform troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Communicate resolution to customer.
- Perform problem resolution follow-up.
- Provide first-level and second level user administration support.

Job Qualifications:
- Advanced Active Directory knowledge and experience.
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft products (specifically WIN7 Operating Systems).
- Advanced knowledge of a COTS ticketing system (preferably Remedy).
- Knowledge of Common Access Card (CAC).
- Knowledge of USMC customer (prior NMCI experience is a plus, prior military experience is helpful).
- Knowledge of printers (network and stand-alone, multiple vendors).
- Exceptional customer support skills.
- Able to lift and carry 50lbs.
- Able to work with minimal direction.
- Able to quickly identify and resolve issues and follow set escalation paths when/if required.
- Work week is 40 hrs a week within a seven day period (Monday to Sunday)/8 hours a day no OT unless prior approved by both customer and leadership in writing.
- SECURITY + CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.
