SUPPORT AGENT - REMOTE SUPPORT - HELP DESK
A global provider of IT Solutions is looking for a Support Agent, to support a customer based in Brussels on a government based project.
SOME OF THE TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL SKILLS MY CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR INCLUDE;
- Knowledge of various software and applications (minimum Windows environment and MS Office package.
- Basic service knowledge.
- Good technical knowledge (eg Microsoft office, PCs basic networking).
- Good interpersonal skills are important.
- Preferable ITIL v.3 Foundation certification.
JOB DESCRIPTION;
- SPOC, communicate with users verbally and written.
- Log, categorize, prioritize, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve incidents whenever possible.
- Utilize Remote Desktop Takeover to improve remote diagnose.
- Follow-up end-to-end progress of all incidents, requests and standard changes.
- Escalate to the Competence Group when required.
