Fluent French and English required.

Our client - a very well respected organisation requires a Telephony Support Agent.

For 8 hrs work per day you will be paid 305 Euros/day - the contract is for 6 months. The client is not willing to sponsor VISA's of any sort.

Your job will involve high-quality proximity support for end users as well as execute peripherals management and implement IMAC requests.

THE job would require you to have/be:

- PABX (Hipath 3000/4000)
- Voice recording/call attendant devices
- Xpressions (Fax, Voice mail, SMS)
- OpenScape Call Center (Helpdesk tool)
- DAKS (Phone conferencing system used by the SITROOM)
- Accounting management
- Very Good Knowledge of Office applications (Office 2010).
- Knowledge of Basic System Administrative tasks
- Account management
- Network setup and protocols
- Backup/restore procedures
- Excellent communication & "soft" skills.
- Ability to work under stress, while keeping a positive attitude.
- Excellent service attitude and commitment to quality.
- Pro-activeness and reactiveness.
- Analytical mind
