Support Administrator - Performance Management

Support Administrator, Performance Management - Canary Wharf - 6 month FTC, £15 per hour

Advantage Resourcing are currently working with a leading blue chip organisation who are looking to recruit a Support Administrator who has experience or an interest in working in an HR/Performance or Talent Development environment.

The responsibilities include:

Performance Management Operations

-Support system configuration activities both in and out of the review cycle (working with Performance Management, IT and MIS as required)
-Support reporting activities as required; assist with providing statistics data such as completion stats, ratings submission stats etc
-Play a role in the implementation of special projects where system or data work is required
-Key member of testing team

Helpdesk

-Support the PM helpdesk team to respond to queries via email and phone that come from employees about the PM processes and system
-Research and respond to standard and unique queries
-Ensure support coverage (liaise with global PM team)
-Follow escalation procedure for queries process and system/technical

You:

-Experience working in an SAP HR or other SAP module environment
-The ability to quickly understand and operate new systems as well as an ability to produce reports and understand data.
-Advanced Excel skills, combined with highly developed attention to detail
-Strong analytical skills - ability to produce reports and understand data
-Strong track record of accuracy and have a wide range of administrative skills

Ability to communicate well in writing or on the telephone is essential, as is the ability to be able to deal competently with people at all levels of seniority
-Excellent customer service skills and orientation; exhibit high energy and ability to remain calm in the face of demanding clients or difficult situations
