Supplychain Migration Manager

The supply chain migration manager is responsible for definition of a new supply chain set-up, the transformation process while keeping the supply chain performance at least at the same level.
1. Define supply chain strategy including business rules
2. What are the supply chain targets and service levels we want to offer (RLIP, CLIP, flexibility, customer programs, stock level constraints, etc)
3. Define the optimum goods flow process in relation to cost, tax, speed
4. Define and implement the governance around supply chain
5. Define the right tools, tool providers
6. Define and implement:
a. System architecture
b. Data model
c. Processes
d. Reporting
e. Training
The tasks will be done in close alignment with global supply chain manager, IT manager, and operational marketing and operations managers.

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Required skills and competences:
- 5 years' experience in setting up supply chains for semiconductor companies
- Experience in an international environment
- Fluent in English, both in reading and writing. Fluent in mandarin is an advantage
- University degree in industrial engineering or operations research
- Supply chain expert
