Supply/Requirements Manager/Quartermaster

Defence Clothing is part of Logistic Commodities in the Logistic Commodities and Services Operating Centre and provides clothing and associated equipment to a Tri-Service customer base.

The main role of the Category Teams is to ensure that there is an appropriate and continuous supply of the items for which they are responsible. Responsibilities include prioritising contract activity from Defence Clothing's Parade & Ceremonial contracting timetable, establish customer requirements, prepare Business Cases and Requests for Contract Actions using in house MOD contract software. Liaise with end user and be main Point of Contact for parade and ceremonial clothing and accoutrements for the Army, manage and monitor the development process within the P&C team, new-to-service and replacement products procured within P&C, input the customer's expectations into contract monitoring meetings.

For this job you will ideally need a background in Defence along the Supply/QM area, ideally holding management level experience as this is a C2 Grade job.
