IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Management of sales orders and deliveries, master data maintenance, transport mode determination and shipments tracking
-One of the main points of contact for affiliates, external customers and suppliers for the supply specific finished goods
-Liaising with suppliers, ensuring short term and long term capacity planning is in place to meet demand projections for specific finished goods
-Reporting of all issues connected to the supply chain Investigating solutions, providing reports and liaising with affected internal/external stakeholders
-Optimize and identifiy supply chain efficiencies which could deliver cost saving opportunities
-Tracking of KPIs and preparation of monthly S&OP meetings
-Coordination of change requests for new product introductions, text and layout changes and product eliminations ensuring that changes are planned and implemented in time

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Planning supply chain experience in pharmaceutical, medical or FMCG industry
-Background in production planning, logistics and forecasting
-Experience in handling with planning tools
-Experience in Product Lifecycle Management projects
-Proactive and analytical approach, solution oriented with the ability to solve problems and set priorities
-Outstanding English skills
