IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Create sales/subcontracting purchase orders for CMO Small Molecules
Finished Goods -Create alerts, identify supply issues within the planning time frame and
liaise with replenishment coordinator and CMO supply chain specialists -Coordinate and/or schedule shipments with transportation/distribution
department -Coordinate with warehouse and other logistics functions to ensure that
materials are prepared and shipped on time -Liaise with external Quality functions to determine release
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Experience in Customer Service Management and/or Logistics/Materials Management in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry
-Bachelor degree in life sciences, business, industrial engineering or equivalent
-Experience in using ERP systems such as SAP and APO
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English is required
-French a highly beneficial
