Supply Chain Systems and Business Expert wanted for our Fribourg based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 5+ years' working experience in Supply Chain, Export Customer Service, Order processing or Trading operations
- Strong background in international customer service as well as export operations handling
- Expert in Supply Chain Management
- Excellent know-how in Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint
- Solid knowledge of ERP systems like SAP and JDE
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Providing first level support to inbound and outbound flows along with SAP and JDE systems
- Handling special cases, issues in relation with the daily order processing business
- Liaising with diverse set of internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting in solving daily issues with the various interfaces
- Taking responsibility of Master data and coordinating and testing new business flows
- Aiding Finance department and supporting SAP as well as JDE users
