For an 8 month project with our customer in Lausanne, we are looking ASAP for a
Support Chain Support Specialist
Tasks:
- Minimize exposure to risk of Supply Chain business activities by providing timely support.
- Handle, analyse and solve level 3 incidents and tickets resolution related to Warehouse Management Systems and Supply Chain Systems.
- Train the level 1 and 2 teams in order to avoid the re-occurrence of the incidents.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Driving root cause analysis and problem investigation.
- Ensuring adequate communication of resolution activities by updating the corporate ticketing tool.
- Ensuring adequate knowledge management of all resolution activities to ensure the greater re-use of resolution instructions based on known errors.
- 5-10 year experience in supporting Supply Chain systems in large multinational companies.
- Prior experience in application support - Warehouse Management Systems - with knowledge of key support processes.
Requirements:
- Very good Knowledge of SQL and Linux
- Incident &problem management in a large organization, including incident management systems and tools.
- ITIL V3 certification level of knowledge of Incident, Request & Problem Management.
- Some knowledge of ERP business processes in supply chain and retail.
- Excellent Communication skills- both in technical and business process terms.
- Knowledge of Service Management tools such as HPSM.
- Use of a requirements and release management system such as HP Quality Centre.
- Able to manage and prioritize a large workload
- Strong analytical skills in functional & technical areas.
- Network knowledge would be a plus.
