Supply Chain Support Analyst

This is an excellent contract offering for a qualified SUPPORT ANALYST to work in a very LARGE SCALE SUPPLY OPERATIONS team to facilitate the ordering, delivery, and support of HARDWARE utilized in our client's multiple corporate data centers.

OVERVIEW

- Request and gather information for project acceptance
- Track and report on performance of projects utilizing a Microsoft Access database and Excel
- Facilitate and coordinate the capture of project related data and defect responses from multiple customer groups and suppliers

QUALIFICATIONS

- 1-2 years of work related experience preferred
- Basic project management skills and Supply Chain experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work independently and flexibility to work with changing priorities
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Excellent problem resolution and analytical skills
- Basic understanding of networking
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field), MCSE, MCDBA preferred

This contract position is expected to be 12 months in duration.
