Connect44 are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist

JOB LOCATION:
This position will be based in Zurich, Switzerland.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be a part of the local Supply Chain Team and take over the following responsibilities:
Participate early in project bidding, review terms and conditions in bidding/contract related to equipment supply and logistics business, identify customer special requirements, project scale, demand plan, potential risks, etc., and make supply solution for key projects;
Based on project master plan, collect information to create and update equipment demand rolling plan for each project;
Monitor progress of each phase before PO issued; Making delivery plan and promise for projects or products,
Communicate with different supply centers, project teams and customer, coordinate resource to solve profound issues on material supply;
Monitor a project delivery from end to end, including planning, production, transportation, distribution, inbound
Other regular daily operations according to department or company requirements.
Participate in internal process optimization, transformation projects, etc.

Requirements:
Commercial apprenticeship (KV) or similar
Minimum 2 years experience in supply chain or import/export area
Work experience in telecommunication industry is preferred
Knowledge of international trade, contract, order fulfillment, etc.
Fluent in English and German, Swiss German preferred
Positive in communication with all kinds of people from different culture background
High flexibility and able to manage multiple tasks, being target oriented and able to work under pressure
Solid command of Microsoft tools, especially excel
Quick to learn new IT systems
