Supply Chain Service Onsite Project Lead

SUPPLY CHAIN SERVICE ONSITE PROJECT LEAD - NEC3, QUANTITY SURVEYING, SUB-CONTRACT MANAGEMENT, SUPPLY CHAIN, PROJECT LEADER

A Supply Chain Service onsite Project Lead with NEC3, Quantity Surveying, Sub-Contract Management, Supply Chain, Project Lead experience is required to work on a twelve month contract with the possibility of extension for our Defence client based in Cumbria.

OVERVIEW OF THE SUPPLY CHAIN ONSITE PROJECT LEAD CONTRACT ROLE

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

- Control of On-Site Service Sub-Contractors
- Co-ordination of day to day interfaces between our clients cross functional stake holders and On-Site sub-contractors
- Liaison with Operations team
- Ensure On-Site sub-contractors operate a safe system of work
- Management of On-Site sub-contractor's reimbursement for work performed as per the Contract Requirement

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE SUPPLY CHAIN ONSITE PROJECT LEAD

- Minimum Higher National Diploma in Building Studies, Quantity Surveying
- Excellent IT and communication skills

EXPERIENCE

- Experienced in Quantity Surveying
- Experience in various forms of Contract including industry standard forms (NEC3) and Client Bespoke forms
