Supply Chain Project Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide project management support by maintaining master tracking file, developing and maintaining project tracking dashboards and/or reports.
- Participate in Project Meetings, facilitate internal meetings, set priorities and milestones, conduct project and data analysis, perform other project support activities.
- Responsible for compiling, recording and tracking data and information associated with the creation, approval, and implementation of artwork for contract manufactured products.
- Support Material Master changes in core supply chain systems.
- Maintain master tracking file for all Material Master requirements for label changes.
- Facilitate internal project status meetings.
- Complete transactions for artwork changes.
- Coordinate artwork changes with appropriate stakeholders.
- Liaise on component write-offs and implementation dates.
- Set priorities for artwork development/change execution, in close cooperation with the SCM.
- Develop, generate and publish weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics/performance indicators as required.
- Support Material Master changes for all core systems (SCIM, ISS, JDA/Manugistics, MAPS and RCS).

SKILLS

Analytical Skills, Pharmaceutical, Project Coordination required. Project Specialist with 1-3 years experience. Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering or Science; 1-3 years experience in Manufacturing/Planning/Supply Chain/Logistics/Artwork-Labeling/Regulatory; Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; Experience with ERP/MRP; Experience with Excel; Ability to independently evaluate, assess and initiate action; Ability to manage multiple projects tasks as necessary; Communicate effectively.
