IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Alignment on mitigation strategies needed to achieve tight timelines
-Alignment on mid and long term supply planning and bridge stocks required for major launches and transfers
-Alignment on mid and long term capacity planning of supply sites for launches and transfers
-Alignment on inventory and obsolescence management as part of launch scenario planning
-Launch Excellence performance and reporting ensuring team is hitting agreed launch and transfer timelines
-Control tower within the PS organization for a high number of changes ongoing on various internal and external supply sites
-Ensure Master Data new item set-up workflows in IT systems run as planned and support the required timeline in alignment with Global Master Data team
-Ensure time phasing is arranged appropriately in system to ensure existing stock is depleted prior to transition to minimize DSAL risk but that appropriate buffer stock is built to support a moderate level of project delays
-Act as a change coordinator for the Launches in the product lifecycle management system
-Acts as communication focal point for all supply project related topics within PS

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-BA/BS degree in business, logistics, engineering or equivalent experience
-Solid supply chain management and product lifecycle management experience in Pharmaceutical, Consumer Products or ISO Regulated industry
-Hands-on experience in the use and implementation of ERP, forecasting systems (SAP/APO system preferred) and lifecycle management systems (Synaps system preferred) or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
-Knowledge of product life cycle management, forecasting and production planning
-Ability to drive results, manage complexity and ambiguity, balance competing priorities, develop tactical solutions to drive performance improvement
-Good verbal and written communication skills
-English fluency mandatory
