For our client in the pharmaceutical industry based in Basel we are looking for a:
Supply Chain Project manager
Project Scope:
New product launch - support designing the Supply chain flows
Scope/purpose of the position:
- Support and coordinate project related activities.
- Stakeholder alignment, priority setting and follow up s
- Process definition and documentation
- Alignment between business requirement and ERP IT/Commercial IT.
- Support definition and implementation of cross functional processes (eg. Cancellation policies, return, deviation)
- Following business assessment, update and create business process documentation (SOP, Business process mapping, working instructions...)
- Prepare training documentation, training assignment to end users and support providing class room training as per need
- Coordinate and support SAP and Cell chain IT role assignment to end user
- Support on administrative tasks and other unplanned activities.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 3 years experience in Project management
- Minimum 5 years experience of international Supply chain (order management, international trade, logistics, planning ) preferably in Health care, consumer goods, chemical or other process industry
- Excellent knowledge of business processes within the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven experience in Process design and documentation
- Intercultural experience and ability to act in a complex, cross-functional and global environment
- SAP experience and knowledge
Educational background:
Higher degree (preferably Master) in business administration, supply chain management, IT, industrial Engineering or Science (chemistry, pharmacy).
Languages:
English - fluent written and spoken
