Project Coordinator -  Equipment Move Coordinator/Supply Chain Background

Purpose of this position:
This candidate will be taking deliveries, coordinating delivery of furniture. Will be responsible for all equipment, will be putting asset tags on equipment, will be placing items in the hospital rooms.

THEY WILL BE COORDINATING ALL MEDICAL AND NON MEDICAL EQUIPMENT FOR THE NEW HOSPITAL BEFORE IT OPENS.

Candidate will need to have experience in prior projects, working with Excel Spreadsheets, working with purchase orders, and reporting functions.

Requirements:

EDUCATION: HS OR GED REQUIRED, BS/BA PREFERRED

Years of Experience Required: 3-6 Years

1) Detailed orientated with experience working with Purchase Orders
2) Advanced Excel Skills/Microsoft Office intermediate to advanced skills
3) Coordination Skills working with Deliveries, and Suppliers
4) Strong Customer Skills
5) Prior Project Management Background
6) 3-5 years experience Project Coordinator Experience preferably in Healthcare
7) Material Management Experience
8) Supply Chain Experience
9) Logistics Experience

Job Description:
Will be responsible for coordinating all furniture and deliverables for the new Hospital Location.

WILL BE WORKING WITH THE PROJECT MANAGER TO RECEIVE DELIVERIES ON REGULAR BASIS.

WILL BE PLACING ASSET TAG ON FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT.

WILL BE WORKING WITH LOGISTICS, SUPPLIERS, DRIVERS TO COORDINATE AND PLACE EQUIPMENT IN THE HOSPITAL LOCATION.

WILL BE USING PURCHASE ORDERS AND EXCEL REPORTS/SPREADSHEETS TO MANAGE THIS PROCESS.

Must be very organized and detail orientated managing and organizing entire delivery and set up process for equipment.

Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm-Must be flexible based on scheduled of deliveries.
