Supply Chain Program Manager Job

SUPPLY CHAIN PROGRAM MANAGER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Thousand Oaks, CA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- The Program Manager delivers on goals for the U.S. Region Supply Chain organization. S/he is accountable to the U.S. Director Supply Chain, in charge of managing supply chain programs associated with Product Life Cycle Management, Plan to Stock, Distribution and Order to Cash. The Program Manager must apply project and program management best practices in the development, initiation, planning, execution, control, and closing of programs and projects.
- Team Coordination - Facilitate team meetings and identify cross-functional implications, risks and issues. Elevate team issues and work to overcome implementation obstacles at the functional level.
- Cross Functional Communication- Provide timely, accurate communication to stakeholders and management. Communicate appropriate information on functional team status & issues to stakeholders.
- Program Management - Manage all aspects of programs management:
- Planning, estimating, sequencing and scheduling, monitoring and controlling, risk management, execution, and closing.
- As required maintain a master project plan and schedule for assigned programs.
- Follow up on action items from team meetings.
- Establish and achieve program standards for work quality and quantity.
- Product Team Deliverables- Ensure adherence to governance processes at the team level. Generate periodic updates and/or prepare formal presentations to line managers and/or others for all management reporting.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Three (3-5) years of supply chain experience in biopharmaceutical or like industry, MRP expertise, and outstanding written presentation skills.
- Minimum degree is Bachelors.
- APICS certified preferred.
- Will be required to learn about report generation under the supervision of current subject matter experts. Will also be required to train and qualify on the appropriate GMP procedures and systems (SAP, CCMS).
