Supply Chain Planner/Dunfermline/6 months/£27.50 per hour Ltd

My client is a well respected and highly successful market leader who is currently experiencing a continued period of growth and success. Due to an increased work load, they are currently looking to recruit a number of supply chaining planners to be based out of their operations in Dunfermline.

Job Description

- Takes personal and specific responsibility for purchasing activities. Develops plans and strategies.
- Will mentor more junior Buyers.
- Ideally has membership of professional institute.
- Commercial evaluation of potential suppliers, negotiation with, and identification of suppliers and alternative sources.
- Will undertake specific projects.
- Reports to Group Procurement Manager.
