Supply Chain Operations Expert wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Degree/qualification in supply chain as well as APICS certification
- 2+ years of work experience as a supply chain expert within customer services along with proficiency in demand and order flow monitoring and maintenance
- Cross functional expertise within production site along with knowledge of supporting bottleneck supply issues
- Strong ability to work together with relevant stakeholders for system issue resolutions
- Very good understanding of implementing pharma supply chain initiatives and workshops across CPO's and sites as well as know-how of
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a plus
YOUR TASKS:
- Maintaining and monitoring correct system transactions related to order fulfillment process, to demand availability and accuracy
- Controlling and maintaining high data quality of order fulfillment and demanding elements as well as ensuring on time availability of outbound
- Providing guidance and system support to assigned customers for returns, write-off's, rebates and credit/debit as well as ensuring requests are addressed on time
- Facilitating communication of customers and vendors in alignment with direct communication principles and ensuring best practice customer relations
- participating in cross-functional initiatives actively to accomplish constant process and performance improvement
- Supporting the brand unit for life cycle activities, such as launch, change, transfer, pruning and divestment as well as continuously developing knowledge of supply chain business cases
- Ensuring prompt resolution of supply situations impacting the customers by acting as first point of escalation and Prioritizing of deliveries in collaboration with logistics expert
