Supply Chain Manager - Lean six sigma (Blackbelt) - Scotstoun - 9 months

This is a great opportunity to work within one of the UK's leading defence companies. Working closely with senior leadership from across the organisation and functional stakeholders to ensure accurate assessment of benefit opportunity while raising operational performance across the organisation. Delivery is key, with culture and capability building through demonstrated successes towards delivering the Supply Chain vision.

A key part of the role is governance, communication and engagement with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment of expectation and project/business objectives.

Key Mental/Analytical Skills and Challenges
* Able to develop effective strategies for negotiating/collaboration with internal stakeholders.
* Application of lean tools
* IASSC Accredited Lean Sigma Master
* Certified project management qualification (PRINCE2 or equivalent)
* Advanced analytical experience and skills in the identification and execution of process improvement initiatives with demonstrated with process methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and Business Process Management
* MBA or other relevant graduate degree;
