The role:
- Ensure that contracts, materials and works specifications represent value for money and meet the required standards and legislative need.
- Develop, support and nurture relationships with suppliers, contractors and partners.

Essential Experience:
- Highly Developed negotiation and communication skills
- Experience of working with contractors, consultants and stakeholders
- Experience and Knowledge of IT systems including Excel & Project (Intermediate Level)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Management/co-ordination experience
- Ability to compile informative reports
- Commercially focused, and business acumen skills

Desirable Experience:
- Extensive knowledge and experience of construction, including building regulations in a social housing environment
