Supply Chain Manager

Supply Chain Manager wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- High school Degree (Matura, Abitur, Baccalaureat or similar) and/or higher academic Business Degree
- Several years' experience working in supply chain management along with practical knowledge in purchasing, production or sales
- Competency of diverse supply and logistics processes as well as project management expertise and very good communication skills
- Flexible team player with strong background in creating key KPIs being relevant in the pharmaceutical industry
- Technical abilities: MS Office, Powerpoint, Visio, Think Cell and ERP, ideally SAP R/3
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

YOUR TASKS:

- Organizing and leading the monthly Supply Governance Meetings (according to ESO Governance model) and weekly Bottleneck management meetings
- Analysing KPI's on product, Suppliers and Platforms/Regions level on a monthly basis, eg Forecast Accuracy, Stock Outs, Lead Time Violation, etc.
- Participating and managing multiple diverse projects on demand, while concentrating on SCM related process improvements and savings
- Being responsible for SC Reports that help run the ESO SC efficiently in addition to Inventory Projections & Monthly Inventory Reporting
- Optimizing the usage of SAP within the ESO SC teams along with improving the SAP usage
