One of our clients, an international company in the pharmaceutical industry currently requires a Supply Chain Specialist

* Maximisation of demand opportunities while minimising supply risks towards customers by taking proper actions within one of the following functional area:
* Supply Planning (see details below)
* Demand Management (see details below)
* Supply Management (see details below)
* Optimisation of the production planning across sites, hence maximizing volume availability to customers within manufacturing restrictions

Description

* Assess the demand and communicate the supply needs to internal stakeholders
* Analyse operational risks within your functional responsibilities (gap analysis)
* Prioritise issues considering the internal and external customers' needs
* Understand and support the implementation of the GVSC new operating model
* Supply Planning function is to address the ideal supply request to internal stakeholders considering latest demand trend and short term manufacturing constraints
* Demand Management function is to allocate monthly supply to distributors considering commercial decisions and manufacturing capacity
* Supply Management function is to ensure distributors' order is processed on time and confirmed by manufacturing taken into consideration the monthly volume release

Education

* Master level in economics or Business management, or industrial management
* Preferably, Specialized Master in Supply Chain Management or MBA or equivalent

Knowledge/Skills

* Supply Chain Management
