Supply Chain Manager

Supply Chain Manager, £430 - £470 per day, Aberdeen, 12 months +

My client, a leading Offshore Oil and Gas organisation, are currently looking for a Supply Chain Manager to add to their team on an initial 12 month contract.

Duties include;

-Managing a number of large and complex supply chains with material annual spend.
-Identify category cost reduction initiatives and drive implementation.
-Accountable for managing and mitigating supply chain risk.
-Create and lead large and complex cross functional teams to deliver supply chain projects delivering value.

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level with previous supply chain and/or procurement experience within a large corporate organization along with;

- Exceptionally strong relationship and stakeholder management
- Procurement experience in strategy development, project delivery and stakeholder management
- Outstanding level of commercial acumen
- Excellent analytical skills and be able to deal with complex data/information
