A leading Engineering company based in Oxford is currently looking to employ a Supply Chain Manager. They are looking for someone to join the Supply Chain team, and develop the procurement strategy, work with suppliers and manage sub-contractors.
The successful candidate will:
Have experience of services subcontract management
Experience developing and implementing strategy for commodity groups and procurement department as a whole
Work closely with suppliers: sourcing, selection & rationalisation and development
Understanding of supplier agreements and contract law
Drafting of contracts including scopes, changes to standard terms and conditions, KPIs and service levels
Strategically develop and manage the Procurement division
You will need to be eligible for Security Clearance
The successful candidate will benefit from a salary of up to £45,000 and a good package
