For our end client in Assen, NL, we are looking for a Supply Chain Engineer WELLS

Purpose:

Securing the quality and timely delivery of goods and components ordered for Wells drilled or maintained.

Organization:

The person will be reporting to the Rig teams supporting based in the Netherlands and having close interface with the various Wells buyers in the client organization and the Suppliers involved.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a system enabling tracking the progress of delivery of ordered materials.
- Verify and establish Quality and Timely delivery or ordered new (and maintained) Well materials.
- Verify and establish quality and storage location in case materials have been received issued but not used or returned from Rig.
- Keep close connect with Rig teams and Well materials buyers and report frequently.
- Verify with Suppliers the delivery status of Well material Purchase orders.
- Access SAP to pull expediting required Wells Purchase Orders and ensure the PO specified deadlines are met.

Dimensions:
It concerns the Materials support of about 6 Drilling rigs being managed from the Netherlands.

Qualifications/Experience:
The person is expected to have good analytical and communicating skills. Requires a sound knowledge of SAP blueprint and experience in programs supporting the expediting process. Some knowledge of the Wells processes and having expediting experience in Wells arena would be preferred.
