For our Client in FRIBOURG, we are looking for a SUPPLY CHAIN & CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST in role of System & Business Expert, for an 8 MONTHS contract.

Duration: 14/05/2018 to 31/12/2018

Location: Fribourg, Switzerland

Workload: 100%

Job purpose:

Serve as primary support for APL COSM and Global Supply Chain functions
Handle special cases/tasks/issues/questions in relation with the daily order processing business
Active participation in global projects mainly related to system and process
Liaise with diverse set of internal and external stakeholders: customers, 3 PL's, manufacturers, DC's/Global Distribution and Supply Chain, Finance, IT

Major Responsibilities:

- Provide efficient first level support to inbound and outbound flows in relation to J. D. Edwards (JDE) and SAP systems
- assist in solving daily issues that come up with the various interfaces
- give advice on specific order handling
- analyse and solve incorrect transactions/orders/Invoices
- troubleshooting in JDE and/or SAP related order processing problems (corrections, printing issues, inventory issues) and handle EDI errors
- Master data maintenance
- Assist Finance department with sales update issues and failures
- Support JDE and/or SAP users in the Plants and DC's (APL owned inventories) on daily issues with interfaces (wrong status, incorrect transactions, order stuck, add missing data in the order, change order status manually)
- Act as a Key User and assist IT Business Analyst & Programmers in implementing new flow and process, fixing bugs, enhancing program in JDE and SAP
- Support, coordinate and test new business flows in the various APL, Alcon and 3PL systems
- Propose improvements in relation to process enhancement
- Active participation in global projects related to system and process

Candidate's Profile:

Work experience:

- 5 years in Supply Chain/Export Customer Service/Order processing/Trading operations
- Have experience in International customer service/export operations handling and/or business engineering project
- Strong users of Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint.
- Experienced and advanced user of ERP systems (eg SAP, JDE)

Linguistic background:

- Fluent English
